Château Beaumont is unusual in the sector because many of our staff return year after year; our senior management team is well established and contains several ex-centre managers who know what it is like to work on the exciting and rewarding front line. With our emphasis placed firmly on the experience for children and students alike, we expect our staff to be enthusiastic and inspirational role models for young people. Roles that we offer are:
• Group Leader – leading a whole school group on excursions; French is not required, but is preferred!
• General Assistant / Activity Instructor – leading activities and helping in all aspects of Château life
• Kitchen Assistants – helping prepare wholesome, home-cooked meals for up to 150 people
• Housekeeping Assistants – ensuring that our living spaces are clean, tidy and welcoming
