Enjoyment and Safety When Out and About
All our Excursions are risk-assessed and your Group Leader will make sure that your visit runs smoothly. He or she will accompany you on every excursion you choose, ensuring the driver knows the way, that any roads are crossed safely, that the worksheets are understood, that everyone is aware of the timings, meeting points, all the interesting facts and that everybody has a brilliant time.
We train each Group Leader to give mini-tours of several sites, but they can also advise on good places to eat your packed lunch, who makes the best crêpes at the market and even which toilets to avoid!
Beyond knowing the places they are visiting, all Group Leaders carry mobile phones so they are always in contact with the Château and each other, having the means to summon extra advice or help. Each Group Leader carries a First Aid kit.
